Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Hadriana Palace Hotel (the "Hotel") as data controller, as described below.

Data we process and why

IP addresses are not stored; only an irreversible hash is kept to prevent abuse.
Legal basis
Your data is processed on the basis of KVKK art. 5/2-(c) (necessary for entering into or performing a contract) and art. 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest of the controller).
Transfers
Booking details are transferred to the hotel's own reservation management system. Request and message notifications are sent to the hotel's email address; the email provider's servers may be located abroad. Where required by law (e.g. Turkish identity notification rules), data may be shared with competent public authorities.
Retention
Booking records are kept for the periods required by law; contact messages for at most 2 years.
